Our first major focus area is onshore medical manufacturing in Australia. We’re working to understand where local capability matters most and how to build it in ways that are resilient, collaborative, and commercially sensible.

Current focus — medical manufacturing in Australia

R&D projects like PROJECT: OnShore

Alongside open research, we run select, confidential projects that sit behind our public work. PROJECT: OnShore is a flagship initiative in stealth, aimed at improving how critical medical and industrial systems connect, with reliability, security, and latency at the centre.

Detailed information is available only to selected partners and private equity investors under NDA, but it forms a key part of our broader onshore capability agenda.

  • Listen and map: Clarify the problem space with the people closest to it.

  • Design experiments: Shape research and prototypes that are small, fast, and useful.

  • Share and refine: Turn insights into briefs, frameworks, or pilots others can run with.

You don’t need a perfect brief. You just need a real problem and the appetite to explore it.

YOYAKKA is based in Australia and works with people who care about building capability close to where it’s needed — whether that’s in health, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors.

If you’re wrestling with fragility in your supply chain, exploring local manufacturing, or looking for a grounded thesis for investment, we’d like to hear from you.

Got a sticky problem? Let’s poke at it.
